My first Barbara

After the workout. Me and my friend João Silva, owner of the Mega Cultus Gym

Today, I did my first Barbara in 45’15”. That’s 5 rounds of:

  • 20 chinups (should be pullups, but I did it with supinated hands)
  • 30 pushups
  • 40 situps
  • 50 squats

That’s a total of 700 repetitions: 100 chinups, 150 pushups, 200 situps and 250 squats.

I know it wasn’t very intense because workout time was high, but the limitation was not cardiovascular but muscular.

Hill Sprinting:

  • 10x200m
  • Each set: 1’05” to 1’10”
  • Total workout time including warm-up: 28’15”
