Build different routines with 4 exercises

With 4 different exercises and the same volume of 20 repetitions, we did 2 micro-workouts.

Workout One

5 burpees

5 squats

5 pushups

5 situps

Workout Two

5 rounds of:

1 burpees + 1 squat + 1 pushup + 1 situp

First workout more local feelings and the second one the focus is on the metabolic aspects of exercise because of exercise transitions.

If you try it with more volume and exercise time, the difference will be even greater.

The important thing is to understand that you can combine 4 exercises in 24 different sequences and you don’t need to many exercises to improve your physical capacity. Choose the best ones. Those that have been around for more than 100 years. Choose those that proved to be productive with millions of different people.
